/me pages layout frame not consistent #96621

Quick summary

The routes under /me take up dynamic ranges and is scrollable, here's two pages for example:

/me/purchases

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to /me and browse through the navigation

What you expected to happen

Like what /sites, /domains, /plugins is like, the frame height stays consistent and is only scrollable within the frame.

/domains
/themes

What actually happened

  1. Dynamic frame heights (see screenshots above)
  2. Scroll bar outside of the frame
