Fixes #96416.

Proposed Changes

Strips trailing slash, if applicable, from Current site address field on DIFM credentials form.

Step through the migration flow.
Ensure you select the Do It For Me option.
On the credentials screen, ensure there is no trailing slash in the Current site address field.
