This PR includes a full fledged 0rbit template in LUA.

What is 0rbit?

0rbit is the Decentralised Oracle Network which can bring ANY Data present and accessible across internet.

Using 0rbit, developer can create HTTP GET and POST request within their AO process without relying on any centralised server.
