Created packages zed_host and rtabmap_manager. The content of both packages is primarily a launch file.

zed_host connects to the ZED depth camera and launches RViz to show all relevant data.
rtabmap_manager establishes which topics to listen to for odometry and RGB-D data from the depth camera. RTAB-Map is initialized and begins publishing on several topics, including rtabmap/localization_pose and rtabmap/map.
zed-ros-wrapper was also added as a submodule, as zed_host depends on it.
