The track module allows you to convert between world-space coordinates and track-relative coordinates

Calculates the distance from the car to the start line and the distance from the car to the track center line
Calculates a point on the track and its orientation based on the distance to the start line

Note that reset_car.py was only slightly changed and then moved.
