Calibrate IMU #279

The IMU needs to be calibrated, most importantly, the magnetometer. Here is an explanation on how to do it. Note that you don't need to reflash the firmware, you can update this file: ros.package/ros_ws/src/hardware/razor_imu_config.yaml.
