Battery (percentage) resets every time the drone takes off after landing #231

Every time I land the drone by publishing an empty message to ardrone/land topic the battery resets when i then get it takeoff again by publishing to the ardrone/takeoff topic. Is this supposed to happen/ is there anyway around this?
