update finished session correctly #108

we have a lot of sessions in progress, which are actually not running anymore. I guess the autostew_back crashed. The session then never gets closed. Thus clutters our overview page for sessions ...

It may also be the case that somehow we can't handle certain events, which would end the session. It does not seem like the back crashed in most situations.
