Dectecting 3 NIC, no DHCP release #3197

Arc bootloader has no manual edit static IP address. Arc bootloader has not released IP address. Arc bootloader can not choose nic device. Arc bootloader can not install nvme, must be SATA disk in the first time.

Mainboard: z490 rog include: wifi embed, intel i225-v, and Intel X540-AT2 10Gbe.
