add scp command to config environment #877

Is your Feature request related to a Problem? Please describe. Hi, i just wanted to backup my machine.key on /mnt/p2/ to another location via scp but i looks like scp is not available: "-bash: scp: command not found"

Additional Context Maybe add scp to the loader config environment.

use loader built-in function or sftp client to download.
