Allow boosters to be applied to individual players. This would massively improve functionality and allow the plugin to be used for a much wider variety of applications. Jobs Reborn and McMMO (which I image is a large part of this plugins audience) already have global booster functions so I don't really see a point to using Boosters instead. Allowing individual player boosts on the other hand would allow for stacking on top of permission boosts which neither of those plugins currently have functionality for.
This also doesn't necessarily go against the stated goal of the plugin of being non-pay to win and eula friendly as there are a million ways a booster could be applied to a player that do not involve real money.
