infinite XP with no-grindstone: false #393

As the title states.

I have been talking to Caspar about this bug for some time now. Basically, when put through grindstones, any tool with a no-grindstone: false type (in the types.yml) would keep the enchant (as expected) however you would still get the XP as if the enchant was removed. Resulting in an unlimited XP exploit.

Using paper 1.20.4 eco-6.70.1-all (1).jar EcoEnchants v12.6.1.jar

To patch it for now, you can disable grindstones with the worldguard blacklist.
