Sync issues between servers on a bungee network

Hello, The combination with eco, ecojobs and ecoskill with latest version on the "new mysql" create some impredictable saving issues (even without server crashes). I have no error visible in console but many players complains that they loose skills AND jobs experience. I do not understand why something that worked well for months is now failing

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switching from servers
2. Disconnecting / Connecting

• On a bungee network
• using eco 6.43.6, ecojobs 1.15 and ecoskills 1.96.1
