Full Download (Not for devs, for normal people like me) #214

Hello. I have just got your talisman plugin. I would actually like a full download of the Eco plugin.

I used maven but it did not work Then I tried Gradle which also did not work And the JAR in releases are not full because they won't run on the server and its for devs to build against

If you could even post a link to the full download that would be great

It does not contain the main stuff. I will check polymart
