Mail contract causing route calculation to spin indefinitely #17

When calculating any route for the railroad with the mail contract, the calculation spins indefinitely.

A quick investigation shows this is due to an error occurring in the backing library. The system tries to protect against the mail contract being added multiple times, and an error is raised as a result.

Deployed 0281ec14010a5ec0657a6949d2a8ffd371757a82. Mail contract is now correctly calculated.
