Display stations on the map #42

The title says it all.

I view this as a prerequisite for #18 .

Deployed across a couple commits:

https://github.com/Auzzy/1846-routes-web/commit/3f14c7e0708408a232cee33d06347cbc20700114 and https://github.com/Auzzy/1846-routes-web/commit/a71cb54919a09439e978e4109de340a81c8dc4e9 do some cleanup: sizing tokens relative to the tile, and removing token icons from the map.
