thunderbird is slow because of indexing #13

Thunderbird automatically indexes mail, which really slows down computer (probably because of slow I/O). Disabling indexing (edit->preferences->advanced->general) improves the performance quite a bit (even if thunderbird is still a bit slow)

Maybe disabling indexing by default should be considered

I have disabled also other parameter for improve performance (see https://www.riseup.net/en/thunderbird): use_status_for_biff: false mail.server.default.autosync_offline_stores: rue
