adblock profiles: be tidier #137

Adblock config files is messy: it's just the concatenation of filters we downloaded from somewhere. We need to generate patterns.ini in some better way.

also: we have a patterns-backup.ini which is 16MB. much bigger than the (still horrible) patterns.ini. What's going on?
