Thunar, udisks, dbus: broken mix #82

Lot of NameOwnerChanged when you open thunar (watch them with dbus-monitor --system --profile), prevent it from working.

Everything.is.broken.

(note: it already appeared some time ago, then it just disappeared without reason)

This issue just disappears using kernels with failsafe options. tested on build 2013-10-13_19.42_59fdaf-it_IT with both amd64 and i486 kernels, in qemu/kvm, using -cdrom /dev/sr0

It seems that the persistence append is causing it all

this doesn't seem to happen with nautilus

it seemed that the bug was in the LANG setting. A fix is coming

e36e866 fixes
