Icedove profile's issues #88

  1. Icedove don't use the .thunderbird folder, but create a new profile in .icedove directory
  2. The xul-run-xxx debian packages[https://github.com/AvANa-BBS/freepto-lb/issues/80] must be deactivated in Icedove
