The torbrowser-launcher is broken #95

It is impossibile download a copy of torbrowser with torbrowser-launcher tb1_0 1 2

The problem has been identified: torbrwser fail to identify -rc releases as such, and it thinks they are stable. Unfortunately it is not localized, so the download will fail. Using the alpha works correctly; changing the language somehow will probably work, too. The fix has, however, to recognize -rc versions in torbrowser-launcher as such

please note that the workaround in af65dcd just ignores -rc versions, instead of treating them as alpha
