Seahorse doesn't support hkps protocol #96

Seahorse at moment don't support [1][2] the protocol hkp over tls (hkps)

The main reason of the Seahorse's introduction was provide a simple GUI for manage gpg-keys, however with Enigmail is possible to do that with hkps support.

We should remove Seahorse.
