CI/CD for Aggregator Docker deployment #27

Build a Release CI/CD pipeline for deploying aggregator to the below two environments:

Similar to the one we built before: https://github.com/AvaProtocol/OAK-blockchain/blob/master/.github/workflows/release.yml

After discussing internally, the Release CI/CD has already been implemented. For Aggregator deployment, it’s not a high-priority at the moment, as manual deployment of Aggregator through Docker works seamlessly.
