Description Add the following snippet to the docs.taipy.io website's head:

Expected change Being able to see Taipy's doc appear on Plausible to track the traffic: https://plausible.io/docs.taipy.io

@RymMichaut It can be tricky to add this to "the docs.taipy.io website's head" (which is https://docs.taipy.io/en/latest/index.html) and not to other doc version (such as https://docs.taipy.io/en/develop/). Is it a problem?

@FabienLelaquais no problem at all. We're trying to track the docs activity and get an overview at first glance.

We want it to be implemented in develop and latest.
