Getting Started Core Using Notebooks is misleading and non-functional #8

During a beta testing session, the user started by using Notebooks as indicated by the Getting Started Core's first page image

This notebook does not show Taipy Studio, which could be better for people that come for the pipeline visualization aspect. Plus, Taipy Core on notebooks currently has bugs: the user had to restart the kernel every time he loaded the config because of a ConfigurationUpdateBlocked error (I will clarify this bug in another issue)

Using Notebooks should be included later in the tutorial; it should be more precise on what the notebook is for and should be functional.
