Timeboxed for the time being.

[x] Move milestone 22 about repository performances into the Performance tests in taipy-integration-testing repository.
[x] Ensure the test is run by the performance testing framework and the results are kept over taipy-core commits
[x] remove milestone 22 from the milestone repository

@jrobinAV I think we lost some time on this. I realize that Toan already moved this milestone to the integration testing. I think the only thing left would be adding mongo to tests as well. Is there anything Im missing on this ticket?

OK. Sorry for the mis synchronization... let s add mongo tests and close the ticket.
