iOS Execution with basic PS #118

Adds delegate option
Uses modified avail-lib for PS execution and delegation
Tested delegation on both localhost and hetzner deployed PS instance
E2E Test works with mobile app to hetzner PS
Also includes latest codebase from send branch by @ChibuezeSamObisike
