This PR updates Tauri to v2.0.0-rc.0 and all plugins
Tauri introduced breaking changes and mentioned that this would be a more stable version and could be used for prod-ready builds.
This also fixes the error with time v0.3.34.
Added config flags to generate more or builds that were generated previously
