changes made to use Custom vali UI on equipment, special UI edits made for sniper and Bow, all ranged and melee weapons modified to use new vali tooltip UI.
rigged up a modified version of the UI for the bow, also fixes the long description so that it no longer overlaps with rarity in the tooltip UI.
also made a slightly modified version of the UI for the sniper rifle so that its alt ability name, being: "Grenade launcher" fits in the window with no overlap.
also gone though and rigged up all the weapons from ranged and melee to use the appropriate custom vali UI's.
