Edit Recording of Affiliates Users #4

Acceptance Criteria

  1. User can able to Edit the information which is coming from SantaCruz Database.
  2. User cannot edit the basic information such as Name, Code, Type Phone Number, Email Address Sales Email & Rating ((this fields will be disabled with the existing information)). However it will be part of this form to user can verify the affiliate information , they can save the additional details.
  3. In Address information, user cannot edit the information such as Address Line 1, City, State, Country, Code & Geo Information (this fields will be disabled with the existing information), but they can additional information.
