This will fix a few bugs, update a few mods, and will be the release where the mod added by @NickStalburg will be in the pack.

This will also close #53.

Will we also try to squeeze in the FTBUtils config change if we get it to work?

@NickStalburg I've changed the config as much as I can. We might need a modified version of the mod if we want to change more...

I agree. Though we should first see how the current changes affect TPS.
