Remove Decocraft #130

It causes excessive memory usage >1GB for a mod that adds very little to the experience. Removing it will probably piss off raeffi but will very much help with the playability of the pack.

Hmm... If we can replace this with something similar that uses less RAM...?

Closed as issue has somewhat resolved itself
