I'll address these individually:

• Presence Footsteps: needs further evaluation, we already have a sound enhancement mod so I wouldn't want it to conflict with that
• Raknetify: This has been installed
• DimThread: Hesitant to add this, as we have a lot of mods installed, and it's very likely not all of them are thread safe.
• Better Biome Blend: This can likely be added
• ServerCore: Looks like a pretty wide-scoped mod with potential for conflicts; will likely test this at a later date
• C2ME: Same issue as DimThread (and would likely conflict with it, since it does the same thing, but in a better way?)
• Biomes You'll Go: Possible to add this, future evaluation
• Requiem: Looks interesting and there is player demand for it, will gameplay test
• Repurposed Structures: Sure, can likely add this
• Memory Leak Fix: Sure, can likely add this
• Falling Leaves: Immersive Weathering already does this, will not add
• EMI: Requires further evaluation, won't give a yes/no answer to this just yet
• LED: Looks interesting, can likely add
• Ears: We already have this mod
• Borderless Mining: Sure, can likely add this
• Architecture Extensions: Sure, can likely add this
