Updated target frameworks to net 8
Updated packages to latest
Fixed compilation
- added missing usings
- use latest C# version (collection initializers)
- added missing AssignCssProps method

@maxkatz6 It is currently impossible to build the master branch without this PR. Last commit added changes that cause the build to fail.
