What does the pull request do?

Retheme the MVVM Command sample to be about giving commands to HAL-9000 from "2001 A Space Odyssey". See Discussion: https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia.Samples/issues/49

Scope of this PR:

• [ ] add a new sample

What is the current behavior?

Behavior should be identical, just making the theming less problematic.
