This is an initial implementation of the document outline, it will show up when Perspex xaml files are opened.

I plan to add the following:

[x] Highlighting occurrences of the filter string within the ui containers, similar to the solution explorer filter.
[x] ability to collapse/expand nodes.
[ ] displaying the name attribute

Nice, also showing full path to the items found in the filters

Current state of the document outline, more things to work on:

[ ] async refresh of the document outline pane.
[ ] collapsed nodes should be parsed on demand (when the user is expanding that node), they will be auto-expanded when the user is filtering.
[ ] reuse view-models so that we don't need to create them on each key-stroke.
