Describe the bug
If i try to start HighwayTools it does not start (message: No Obsidian was found in inventory) if I have absolutely no obsidian. Workaround: I break one echest by hand and it works. The bot has to place some blocks before AutoObsidian can be toggled.

on 2b2t, v06, toggleAutoObsidian enabled, 0 obsidian in inventory
Expected behavior
HighwayTools recognizes that there is no obsidian in the inventory and toggles AutoObsidian right away instead of just showing a error message.
