Describe the bug
If dropped obsidian lays under the guardrail or somewhere else in render distance AutoObsidian tries to get them. It breaks blocks (i.e. the guardrail) and dont put them back. it also starts going down to a lower y level to get obsidian that is laying around there. This happens after the finishing state has been reached (i.e. target stacks reached)
To Reproduce
on 2b2t, v06, drop some obsidian somewhere and start AutoObsidian.
Expected behavior
The bot shouldnt go for obsidian that is not worth to get or leaves missing blocks in the highway. AutoObsidian could be hindered to break obsidian or to go for items that aren't within a radius of 5 blocks and at a lower y level than 118.
