Radio with external pma-voice #387

Hello, is it possible to use radio with external pma-voice?

Because normally radio scripts export from pma-voice, but pma-voice runs on a secondary server.

pma-voice should run on both servers and provide address and port of the secondary server in the convars for primary server

If you're using FXServer as your secondary server then it will likely work, using mumble-server , Grumble, etc likely wont
