What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Lidgren Server
2.Navigate to http://www.canyouseeme.org/
3.Check your port

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Can You See Me to say "I can see your server at this port".I see 
connection refused.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest - Win 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I know it is because of the Identifier but is there any way you could respond 
to a rejected request that the Client knows there is a server present.

It seems canyouseeme.org checks TCP; Lidgren is based on UDP.
