iPad Status Bar updates don't work well #474

Describe the bug When changing the Wi-Fi bars down to two, and put it back to three, change does not occur.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run Xcode project on iPad Pro (11-inch)
  2. Click on the RocketSim tool to change the Wi-Fi bar down to 2.
  3. Click on the RocketSim tool to add the Wi-Fi bar back to 3, the maximum.
  4. Bug: Wi-Fi bar does not update as expected, to its maximum.

Expected behavior The Wi-Fi bar must bet set as declared on the RocketSim tool when putting it back to its maximum.
