Allow duplicating app actions #489

Here's why:

I have about 20 deeplinks, it’s easier to duplicate than copy/paste a whole bunch of deeplinks as I’m populating the list. The deeplink isn’t going to stay a duplicate, but a duplicate deeplink is a good starting point. My deeplinks format is the same as my universal links format, so plinky:///abc and plinky.app/abc lead to the same place, I want to make sure that they both work.
