Device conditions available from the menu bar #515

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, is more a nice feature to have. Otherwise is quite hidden inside Xcode. Screenshot 2024-05-13 at 15 11 10

Describe the solution you'd like From the menu bar app, it would be amazing to have the conditions selectable, and being able to start and stop them. Maybe we could start from the Network limit. I'm interested of having a quick shortcut to be able to disable and enable the device condition during the development. Screenshot 2024-05-13 at 15 14 47

@masterchiip thanks for the feature request! This would obviously be amazing and is similar to #283. Aren't these device conditions only working for real devices, not for Simulators?
