A contributing.md documentation is required for contributors to contribute seamlessly without much trouble and get headstart to beginners. Please assign me this issue under SSOC

@Priyanshu2631 Check other issues regards issue topic before creation. It is already closed. So leave it and focus on the code contribution not on non-code part in this repository,
