Added another option for Enrolling into Insider and some other changes

Thank you, but I will reject this contribution. First, the readme change makes it more confusing.
Second, I rather support the original OfflineInsiderEnroll by whatever and abbodi1406. No idea what you've done in your fork and I don't have the time to thoroughly check it out. Did skim trough the readme - you've documented some of the registry changes - that's good. Feel free to create a discussion topic around it for starters.
