What is the user name and password of windows 10. I have Downgraded windows 11 to 10

Same Issue here with Window 11

While downgrading your user was deleted, and Windows does not have any users. You need to create one with command prompt from recovery environment. Open command prompt and type "net user your user name (if it has two words or more, type it in quotation marks) /add (for example: "net user Abdulaziz /add). Then restart computer and log in into user.
