Setup option to keep apps and data greyed out #289

I've been using Used Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd to do an upgrade 21H2 to 23H2. When Windows setup.exe runs, in the last screen before upgrade, the one with keep apps and data / keep data / delete everything the first option is greyed out.

There is no way to keep the apps already installed.

download and setup KB5031455 from windows update center
download windows11.0-kb5027397-x64.msu from microsoft site and run it
you have 23h2

What @ZeroGit2015 said worked for me!

Are the latest security etc updates integrated into the master (e.g. 23H2) updates? I can't used Windows Update because I'm on a Surface 5 which is "unsupported".
