Unable to check if you have enough disk space to install Windows

I wanna to upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11, but when im starting download Windows 11 in Auto Upgrade, on stage checking updates, i have error message "Unable to check if you have enough disk space to install Windows" But i have 100+gb on disk, help me pls someone
