Rename CI to jenkins #27

It makes more sense if the CI environments are named after the CI server that runs on them, i.e. jenkins, go, teamcity etc...

ci1 is renamed to jenkins1. also hostfiles contains artifactory entry, to allow decoupling from CI servers
