Has to be done after #30

When rolling dice, do the following: 2-4 = Fail

[x] Enemy kicks player
- [x] If have >= 20 stamina, lose 40 stamina
- [x] If have < 20 stamina, lose 1 health

5-10 = Success

[ ] Give options to choose 1 of
- [ ] Take reduced damage from next hit (block next enemy attack for 3 seconds) - Default
- [ ] Recover stamina (40?)
- [ ] Deal additional damage (extra damage on same target, if possible)
- [ ] Hit another target in range
- [ ] Dodge (hop in chosen direction after attack with invulnerability) - Needs #55
[ ] Deal hit on enemy and resolve choice

11-12 = Major success

[ ] Give options to choose 2 of
- [ ] Take reduced damage from next hit (block next enemy attack for 3 seconds) - Default 1
- [ ] Recover stamina (40?) - Default 2
- [ ] Deal additional damage (extra damage on same target, if possible)
- [ ] Hit another target in range
- [ ] Dodge (hop in chosen direction after attack with invulnerability) - Needs #55
[ ] Deal hit on enemy and resolve choices
